Loop is fantastic. It has allowed us as a new business to integrate subscriptions into our store and provide our customers with a Shop on demand experience. We have had our issues with setting things up, but at no fault of Loop and Varun was fantastic in supporting us on an urgent widget fix due to a theme update. We moved over from seal as we wanted the option to add one time products to upcoming orders and an easier to navigate more professional looking customer portal. Loop ticks all the boxes for us!
Migration was very seamless and the communication from all at loop is faultless - they are always on hand to help!

Can't recommend enough, they were so helpful when we were switching over from Bold Subscriptions. Bold made it almost impossible to leave on purpose, and Loop saved the day! They were able to handle migration end to end without all of the manual inputting that Bold said we would have to do. Bold said we'd have to add each one of our subscribers one by one and there was "no way" for them to help us otherwise. Do not use Bold. Use Loop. Their team is professional and quick to respond, and so helpful. The app has all of the customizations we need and so far, it's been an absolutely wonderful decision to switch over. Thank you Loop!
