About Bold Loyalty Points & Rewards
Bold Loyalty Points allows you to create a retention program in minutes that motivates customer to earn points and then come shop with you again to use them. Your members earn points by:
- Purchasing products
- Sharing your store on Twitter or Facebook
- Referring new customers
- Signing up
- Joining tiers (like gold, silver, and bronze) when they reach point milestones
When customers earn points, the app automatically notifies them by email, reminding them to visit your store and shop again. You can also reward customers with points on their birthday: Send them a birthday email with bonus points so they know you value their business while also encouraging them to visit your store.
Once members have collected enough points, they can redeem them for:

The app is showing a translation capability but beware, it has not been fully implemented yet. Not timeframe given by customer service. This does not look very professional...
Also, when using with Shopify POS, we can't redeem fixed amount of points : we have not choice but to use the "Buy with Points" feature with a random amount of redeemed points, which is different from the the online widget on the web store. This is a design flaw, in our opinion.

One of our specialists has advised me that about 95% of the app has this capability currently, and he has provided you with a script that would be able to help with some of the translations.
He's hoping you'll be able to respond to him at your earliest convenience so he can get things sorted for you.
As for the "buy with points" feature - you should be able to use different amounts of points! That's how our app was designed to work. I've made our expert aware of this, and if he's able to get on a call with you or hears from you via email, he can get a better understanding of this as well to figure things out for you.
I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you so far - that's certainly not the experience we wanted you to have with us.
