We have been using the SC Loyalty app for two years and have found it to be very effective. Their support team is excellent, providing direct access to live assistance without requiring interaction with an AI bot first. The setup process was straightforward, and the free version includes useful features such as the ability to adjust customer balances. I highly recommend this app.

March 2025 - I have reached out to the support team multiple times about how customers are not able to redeem their loyalty rewards in my shop. The first time I set up a meeting with someone, they canceled the meeting last minute. Second time I spent an ample time online discussing the issues and the support team basically said they dont know what is wrong. I was told they would follow up and they never did. I am uninstalling the app because of horrible customer service and the mere fact that this app DOES NOT WORK. How embarassing for me as a business owner to have given out rewards to spend that could not be redeemed?!?! I would never recommend this app to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This app is excellent and brilliantly priced for online. BUT it is useless for POS as the POS integration only works on the most expensive tier. As a small shop we can't justify this, and it makes no sense at all when other loyalty programs with far more features provide POS at all their pricing tiers for far far less price. We would have bought it immediately, in fact I only found the lack of POS integration when i went to purchase and look at how to add it to the POS app. I do not understand why not include POS at all paid tiers, as you are still talking about pricing based on number of orders whether its online or in store. Looks like I am back to the drawing board finding a fairly priced simple loyalty plugin for a small store that support POS.

Using the basic features of this app is enough to get our membership started, but would be great if customers could select their coupons at checkout instead of copying the code beforehand.
A big plus is that customer service is quick to respond!

We have been overcharged by hundreds of dollars for several months and when we brought this to the attention of the developers, we were offered a partial discount for one month!
Recently, we discovered that this app has changed their pricing structure and significantly reduced their monthly fees (hundreds of dollars less) however, because we were already a customer and were paying the higher fees, they continued to bill us and didn't bring to our awareness the changes. We were paying over $360/month and with their new pricing the cost was reduced to $39! They made the changes in February and have billed us over $1000 between then and now when we should have only been billed $156. When I discovered this, and brought it to their attention, I was simply told that they had made some changes and offered a credit of $167, less than half of one months subscription that we paid! We have been using this app for 4 years. It was very expensive but we initially used it because it was the only one that was compatible with another app that we had. This is a very basic loyalty app with limited functionality. Now that we have the ability to move to another loyalty program, we will switch. I feel like they have no loyalty to their customers, after over 4 years and many thousands of dollars, they wanted to continue to rip us off and not tell us that they had reduced the cost. Beware using this app, there are much better options available.

A few teething problems with the app working as set up, and then not. But all issues have been resolved and I like the app. I would like an automated email relating to the customer tiers, but other than this everything is now good.

I would highly recommend this app not just of its great features but also of the amazing customer service. Their technical support, especially Danko, is very responsive, very knowledgeable and addresses any issue that you may encounter while using SC Loyalty Rewards.

Tarik was quite good at getting me to fix up my setup so that my clients could enjoy their loyalty points! He was helpful, patient & encouraging. The Loyalty App not works PERFECTLY & I'll be promoting it to our clients as I personally always enjoy using loyalty points with ease.
Now I'll have happier clients :)
