Amazing App, it does exactly what we need. Customers are happy with the ease of collecting and using their points. Customer service is also on point as well. this is the best Loyalty app I've used for Shopify.

This app is amazing! Using for 4 months now. I was able to migrate my loyalty program from Lightspeed and everyone - thousands of customers - was able to keep their rewards AND continue to earn rewards at the same rate with just a change of terminology - instead of cash back it is now points - but the value is the same (because I set it to the value I desired.).
Recently we had a challenge with it where it stopped loading on shopify POS. The customers were still able to earn points but we could not apply them to a sale in person. The Team at SC Loyalty got right on it and emailed me regularly through the process until it was resolved. So grateful they were so responsive and that my customers are once again satisfied.

Another amazing app from Bold that has helped set our business apart from the rest. The Bold support team were all great as usual, Danni. Alexa. MC and Alan all did their up most to meet my demanding requirements! Two thumbs up!

excellent app just what i was after to reward my loyal customers. awesome support from MC at Bold too. Set it up and got it running for me in no time at all. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!

As a small business owner I am always looking for ways to compete with national Brands to stand out. These apps have help me stand out against my local competition in a significant way. As I am just starting out and integrating all of Bold apps, I feel much more confident marketing my online store. Since most of my time is spent developing are brick-and-mortar business Bold has given me the confidence knowing that my store will be running smoothly and automatically upsell customers to include given them Smart Suggestions with the Bold Brain app. There are likely much more features that I am not taking full advantage of but as time goes on I plan to get deeper into the weeds and fully integrate these great apps.

It's a pretty robust app. We just recently launched, so I can't say how well it drives people to buy, yet. It is loaded with features, but you do have to edit a lot of the files.

Huge thanks to Dylan who solved my missing widget! Accidentally deleted some of the code, totally my fault but Bold had no issue in resolving this issue swiftly for me! Thanks again Dylan, Bold smashing it out the park again! I use a few Bold apps and have always found their customer service and support excellent! Thanks again... :-)

Very easy setup. Naman was helpful in assisting with a testing question. We haven't deployed yet so I can't speak to that aspect of the program.

Spoke with Priyanka to understand setting tier rewards for Membership app members based on tags applied to their profiles. Enormously helpful.
