The customer service from Lucky Orange is truly out of this world. They worked tirelessly to fix an issue on my account and all for a free plan.

Justin and his team worked for days on a glitch in my account. They were able to find a solution that allowed me to easily navigate my account and allow Lucky Orange to display data in the dashboard.
They were patient, as I wasn't always able to reply right away, and provided a temporary solution while they worked on fixing my account.

I have dealt with customer service on numerous occasions and every interaction has been quite nice. They are patient and insightful, both offering solutions and explaining these solutions.

I use Microsoft Clarity, which offers similar features for free. I’m not really sure why I need to pay so much for this app when I can get similar functionality without any cost.

You can act on problems in the same place you find them. Chat live with a shopper who's hesitating, run a survey asking why visitors leave, use form analytics to find the exact field causing drop-off, and post announcements to guide visitors.

We're Built for Shopify and work directly with Sidekick, so these insights show up where you already work.

This app is fantastic! It gives me a daily pulse on how our store is doing. It also gives me insights into where customers get confused, what barriers might be preventing a sale due to our website UX, and what areas of our website are working well. This app is well worth the money.
