Our company had been looking into Lucky Orange for a month before while we were doing a site redesign, and we are more than happy we decided to move forward with them. My onboarding call with Justin was excellent. He answered all my questions, showed me some great features, and even worked with me on some creative ways to use surveys. I've also reached out to customer service a few times and in each session, my issues are resolved in a timely manner. All of the associates are friendly and knowledgeable.
