Amazing app and worth every $ imagine you can see LIVE your user browsing your store and monitor every action they do .... this will help a lot to adjust and do changes on your website and evaluate the user experience LIVE or RECORDED ....

Recorded means you can check all video recordings for all userss from any place on earth who visited your store and you can even search and sort videos from each country or by time they spend online.

Last but not least ..... even yyou can see if the customer has viewed a product or add to cart or even purchase .... wow we love this app.

We use this app on a multiple stores and it iss a MUST for startups or even advanced Shopify stores ...

But be careful it is so addictive more than any other app .... you wake up to check the customer's behavior and sleep while monitoring them .... so addictive ... in a good way of course ...

Is the easiest way to look how people navigate your store, where they stop scrolling and help you to made the necessary adjustments to optimize the buyer experience. The metrics are super helpful.

Super easy to install (i.e. no code to install on your website) as it integrates with Shopify and a great tool for any business.

Love this app. I had an issue with incorrect pricing being displayed to some customers. Before the trial period of 7 days ended the app helped me identify the operating system and browser that was causing the problem. My website developer then fixed it in less than an hour. Recordings provided by this app is also helping me identify other problems on my site. This app also eliminated the need for a second app for "Chat". On boarding support was also excellent. LO gives you the most detailed information possible—whereas Google Analytics only shows you referring domains, LO shows actual pages, so you can see in an instant where each visitor is coming from. You can follow each visitor through your site in real time, or just click to see a sequential list of pages they've visited.

The $10/month would be the best $10 you'd ever spend in the app store, even if it was just the amazing user recordings and realtime analytics. But there's also a chat engine and a bunch of other goodies thrown in to boot. I really can't recommend this highly enough. My only caveat is that you have to set aside time to watch the recordings—they are so useful, so informative.....and so addictive.

Really great app to see what customers are doing on our website. We have been using Luck Orange for a few years now and we were able to solve various bottlenecks by looking to see where our customer would get stuck or leave before making a purchase. What's cool is you don't have to watch the users at live speed. You can fast forward to the critical parts you are looking for.

This app is a must have to increase conversions and enhance the customer experience by solving problems you don't know exist.
