This app is awesome, every eCommerce business needs this app, I got boosted my revenue 15-20% Higher, you can check what mistakes you did and then rectify on those mistakes we are putting money on the table without knowing why a customer left the site, this app helps me a lot more to grow up.

So far so good. I was able to use the live view the other day to help a customer who was having an issue checking out. Overall it has been great to use. Excited to look at the data.
Engaging with your customers in real time is one sure fire way to avoid cart abandonment at checkout. I ran a Shopify for 2 years without using Lucky Orange and now that I have started to use it, it's one of those 'must-haves' that I wish someone had told me to use when I first started in Ecom. We now have a new Shopify, and the data that it's giving us about our (new) visitors, is simply fantastic. It is allowing us to see what are visitors are doing, not what we THINK they are doing. If you don't know what your customer are doing on your site, you lost your sale. With lucky orange, we can now understand our customer to drive them lower to the sale funnel. Must have app!
I am very happy with this app. Not only it helps me understand and learn from the customer's behaviors, and so correct mistakes, but their support is amazing. Bradley was great, after sending instructions to complete what I was looking for, and I said that it was a little over my tech knowledge he offered to do it for me, and completed it in less than 5 minutes. Amazing!
