This app is awesome. It is really helpful for monitoring customer activity, both live and recorded from the past. Very easy to use. This app is very useful. I highly recommend it trying it out. I found it to be well worth the $10 monthly fee.
I've used Lucky Orange many times throughout the years. They recently (new to me) rolled out an update and it is very impressive. I liked how it was before. But now there is even more data. Their information is invaluable, including such helpful things as knowing where customers' rage click! I want to know what things are frustrating my customers and what other app literally lets you look over your customer's "shoulder"? Highly recommend getting!

There is so much great information to be obtained with this app. I am not very tech savvy, so it was really helpful to see my website from the customer's point of view, and make changes accordingly. Great customer service- friendly and quick response. I wish I had installed this AGES AGO!!

Lucky Orange has really helped out our business! We are a new e-commerce company, and having the ability to see heatmaps has helped our conversion rate and store optimization. We have been able to catch so many errors within our store by watching the recordings and analytics. Lucky Orange support team was super helpful!!! Loved how they were quick to answer all my questions and even were willing to help me set up my account via zoom calls. They were so accommodating :) The app is great so far, easy to navigate and watch session replays - love that you can speed up the replays and skip inactivity.
