Have had a good experience overall. We are trouble shooting one problem, but hope to get to the bottom of it, and then I can give it 5 stars. Paul is very helpful in customer service.
Lori was very helpful and is taking my concern further to the app developers to see if they can resolve my issue as it was not possible to resolve it all in the online chat.
I have had an awful experience with Mailchimp until I spoke with Troy. I had a 14 day trial and wanted to try out some specific features of the subscription. I had a tech call but the person wasn't able to help me and said it was passed on. I did try to explore more but was left with no resolve. I had account call, great guy but he couldn't help me with my concern, Days went by, I emailed and sent messages to no avail. I then finished my trial and was billed!!! Very disappointed I reached out AGAIN!!!
This time I got Troy, he was very helpful and patient. The issue was a complicated one and took 2 sessions to resolve it. he made himself available to me and provided me with as much information as possible to ensure the matter was sorted. If I got a new trial I would really reconsider using them long term. It could have been teething problems BUT it almost cost you a customer.
Dean was great in assisting me with connecting the Mailchimp service to Shopify. I was having an issue activating my account, but Dean walked me through the process and helped me out big time. Thanks Dean!
Have loved working with Mailchimp since installing it and their support team are always happy to help (particularly Dean who helped with my latest query).

I lost my six digit verification code and their staff quickly contacted me and released me to resolve the issue.
In the prices listed on Shopify, it says that the price for the essential plan is $13 per month for up to 50,000 contacts. Once the app is installed, however, they ask for €345. Also, the app is very slow and the chatbot on their support site doesn't work... with what face do they ask for all this money?
