A great solution for those who want to keep using Mailchimp. It was easy to install and is working smoothly so far.
Just begun using this app, so far, so good! Had a glitch connecting but support was fast & thorough.
So far so good. I was glad that this app stepped in to bridge the new gap between Shopify and Mailchimp.
This app deserves the 5 stars. At no cost it provided an easy fix to the broken link between MailChimp and Shopify. Thanks again. I see that ShopSync replies to reviews farily often, I hope their support team replies as fast as with reviews, if there's any support needed. Honestly, I couldn't expect anything more from an app. It worked exactly as promised, I received excellent email support when I had dumb questions, and it's free. 5 stars, easy.
Easy to install the app. It syncs very well with mailchimp. Nice app if you want to link your mailchimp!
The installation went fairly smoothly although the whole process took a bit longer than I expected. The instructions advise you to "archive" your automation emails, but I was very hesitant to do that since the emails have to be rebuilt if you archive. The mailchimp tech support advised to "pause" the emails instead AND check the queues for the automation emails to ensure that there were no subscribers in queue that shouldn't be there. There is a way to easily remove these subscribers from the queue which I did. It was time consuming to check all of our automation email queues but less time consuming than archiving and rebuilding the automation. Very pleased to have found an App that works so well and solves this problem.
Perfect for cleaning up. we have 7000 sku's and 4000 out of stock at any one time. Zero Out cleans our shop only leaving the good stuff behind,
