The Make an Offer app has been a very useful tool to communicate with potential buyers. While the odd offer is unrealistic, most offers are worth negotiating with. It would be good to be able to adjust the template ourselves, perhaps that is in there and we just can't find it. I feel the fees are a bit inflated for what it offers. Saying that, it is highly recommended.

Very helpful app. Announcing a sale, in this case a Moving Sale, really helped kick up interest - and the Make an Offer sale resulted in much greater sales than a year-end sale. I sell skis, and they come in numerous lengths. The app allowed individuals to make purchases without specifying length, which created extra work to resolve.

2018/5/29: The ability to limit the pop up to certain items has proven very useful. I enable the pop up on clearance items, which helps move them, and don't enable it on current items, which preserves pricing and makes my retailers happy.

I love the app. Without a doubt it has increased sales. Because I own a brick and mortar resale clothing store, making an offer is a perfect way to be more interactive with my online shoppers. Customizing the responses was important for me and seems to work perfectly with the automated messages. The only reason why I did not give it all stars is because the text alert does not work at all. I’m constantly logging on to the app and refreshing it to see if there are new offers throughout the day. I really do wish the text portion worked. Otherwise, lots of offers received, lots of counters and lots of accepted!

interesting concept and already received offers from the 1st day i installed the app. the downside is that i cant reply with an offer back to the client, unless i write a normal email which takes quite a lot of time. another downside from my end, if that in order to offer the new price to a customer, i need to offer discount codes or modify the price of that product so my customer will take advantage to the new price. if the app would modify automatically the price for would save a lot of time and will be much more efficient. overall the app is good but needs to be automated much more to reach full potential.

App is working very good for us, just note that sometimes it won't send SMS to you for few days but it will work again as usual .. the 2% fees is little high specially when an item is not a low price item but overall it is a very good app.

Brilliant idea for an app! Would love to see this app packed with customization and features for one reasonable price per month. $20 seems steep for what it is, but reasonable for what it does. Any higher a price and it may not be worth it just on principle. That said it is a must have app if you can be a little flexible on price and want an increase in customer communication! So far it has paid for itself and more.

This app was instrumental in getting some of our products moving. We like the interface and implementation within our Shopify account. Of course, it does lend itself to some lowball offers that come in, but it gives some interesting data on what people are willing to pay for certain items.

Very useful app. Recently start using it. Will need some additional features though such as linking the offer more directly with all the product info. But for the price, I cannot complain.
