I have this app to help me manage appointments. I like the ease of use and the tech support and service was just what I needed. The developer called me directly to offer assistance when I ran into a challenge and was available almost immediately after sending a chat request. I appreciated the quick response and interaction by phone since I am new to the e-commerce space. I recommend this app if you are in search of an appointment management solution!

SLOT seems to be best suited to what I need it for, I just am not booking enough online to justify the expense at this time. I reached customer service via the app to cancel and Andrii was pleasant and helpful.

I was ABSOLUTELY blown away by the level of care taken to resolve my issue. I was having trouble integrating the scheduler on my site. After, some time plucking around on my site I decided to actually use the resource of an actual person on a phone to help me navigate the issue. Clark, my customer service rep., was friendly, patient, and thorough. This man turned into Superman! He resolved my issues no time, even helped me refine me site, and helped me optimize the scheduling app. Way more than I anticipated. I can not brag enough about my experience. I am so grateful!
