I have been trying to export data and it simply will not export locally to my desktop. I have tried multiple different ways of troubleshooting (clear cache, use incognito window, enable downloads in browser, etc.) and cannot get it to work. I have contacted support and nobody has gotten back to me. I love it in theory, but if I can't use it, it's useless :/

This should be resolved now.
We have an automatic popup message encouraging visitors to sign up for our email newsletter (which is a very commonly used feature of most websites). This simple popup makes the data basically unusable, both heatmaps and recordings. It is very frustrating. Also the site content is all garbled and unreadable in the recorded sessons.
An error always happend. Installed and uninstalled time and time again. After pre-installed, when click the "Send conformation email" the red error"Project link request failed. Please try again" always there.
Send email and submitted form for customer service, but no answer.
That there's no support available. I've repeatedly emailed microsoft to help me set up the brand agent. I get zero response.
So mind you, the recordings are okay - hence the 2 stars, but engaging with microsoft to be a beta tester to improve THEIR product is not possible. I just get ignored..
Amazing, I had this app working in the background for a while, I forgot it was there. I needed some insight into why my site was getting thousands of visitors and no sales. someone told me to install the app, and lo and behold it was already installed and gave me some valuable insights
Needs work good app love that its free love the concept but the menus are finicky its glitchy hard to navigate overall could massively improve especially through Shopify on mobile and mobile apps Overall solid for traffic will continue to use for my storefront

o app ajuda muito, mas ainda tem muito a melhorar na questão de gravações de sessões... a maioria delas não filma direito, aparece muito bug de carregamento da gravação... acaba não mostrando de fato se é a sessão de usuário no site que está com problema ou o app que está com bugs. Isso não ocorre em outros apps que gravam sessões, então é algo recorrente com o Clarity
性能不错。但是需要通过一段较长时间的使用，才能理解功能。
It's more user-friendly than other tools out there. Cannot A/B test with it though.
