Microsoft Clarity: AI Insights

Is anybody using Clarity Brand Agents? We changed all the products in our store a month ago, but its still showing all the old products to customers. Shouldn't there be a 'Regenerate' button somewhere? We tried their Support email but nobody ever answers (you don't even get an acknowledgement of your enquiry).

When I compare heatmaps i cannot see the pop-out lists simultaneously. This is bad UX and absurd for an otherwise useful software.

One of the worst tools ive ever used, cookie popups for an example block the entire view and there's no simple way to hide them

A wonderful addition to the analytics stack in our operation. Microsofts investment in this product is clear and palpable, covering all the little great things that are usually not covered by the rest of the analytic stack.

I think this is one of the single most helpful and insightful tools and a must have for entrepreneurs trying to start or maintain a web shop. It will give you ''clarity'' and piece of mind on questions that are really important. For me it helped me a lot because I got around 94% bounces in the beginning. I could not figure out where that came from. Now I know, I got a lot of curiosity traffic. Not the type of traffic I want in my store.

I could therefore concluded that my ad targeting had to be improved!

That there's no support available. I've repeatedly emailed microsoft to help me set up the brand agent. I get zero response.

So mind you, the recordings are okay - hence the 2 stars, but engaging with microsoft to be a beta tester to improve THEIR product is not possible. I just get ignored..

The discount displayed is wrong, and there's no customer service, no one answer any chat or email

I am not able to download the matrics also the recording quality is not that great.
