This did not meet our needs, so we canceled and uninstalled it. Unfortunately, they are still charging $50 per month for the canceled service.
It's impossible for us to charge you after you've uninstalled. Billing is entirely handled by Shopify. Shopify's system generated a charge before you uninstalled and the bill arrived later, after uninstalling. We have absolutely no control over how this works as this system is entirely controlled by Shopify. Please review Shopify's billing documentation for more information.
Per the documentation: "Make sure that you consider app billing cycles when you plan to uninstall an app. Recurring app charges are generated the first time an app charge is approved, and then on the first day of an app’s billing cycle. Because of this, a charge will appear on your bill even if you uninstall an app only a day or two after you install it."

Please direct any questions or complaints regarding Shopify's billing practices at Shopify directly. We are required to use the system, we don't get any say in how it works. Once you uninstall, we lose access to your store entirely. You reached out to us about this issue and we did the only thing we can do, which was to manually give a refund, which we did for you without hesitation. If there is anything else within our control that we can do to rectify this, just let us know, we'd be happy to do so.
I used this app to help me on tagging by Size, Gender and Category. After exploring other apps, I found that Arigato Automation has many other features within it that other apps do not provide. It's a simple one app for all and it gets the job done perfectly. The CS team has been very helpful and quick to reply with tips and solutions as well.
I used this app to automate adding information to a customer's order under certain conditions. I cannot speak highly enough of FREE onboarding and consultation provided by Mr. Arigato's staff. Highly suggest using this app if you would like to replace simple or even complex manual processes with an automated solution.
Really powerful app but there Plan are based on Shopify plan .. so more you pay on Shopify more you will pay on this app and still have the same functionality .. I just dont get it

The thinking is that stores on higher Shopify plans are busier and add more load to our systems to process the traffic, even if they're not doing more actions. It's not perfect, but using the Shopify store plan is usually a good metric for how much load a store will add.
We tried straight "per-action" pricing early on and everyone hated it because they couldn't predict the bill. Every billing model has drawbacks, but we're open to negotiation and discussion.
Opens up a lot of possibilities for automation. Amazing find. Only thing to note is that there is a bit of a learning curve, but support has been very responsive in helping you out!
Thanks for the honest review. It can definitely be overwhelming with all the options, especially when you're first getting started. Often times there's more than one way to accomplish a goal which can be challenging for new users.

I was using zapier before, but it costs more that this tool. Also this tool is more oriented towards shopify, which I need... I was using zapier only to automate shopify before, so it makes sense to switch to agrigato. Another good thing is that I can fulfil orders automatically now. I have lots of digital orders(buyers get instant download link), but some physical ones also, and before I had to manually fulfil digital ones so they wouldn't clutter my orders page, but I had to be careful to not mistakenly fulfil physical order, until it was time to do so. This app fixes that.
