For context, I spent over a decade in software engineering. I used to write big data streaming cloud applications in Java, and this app lets me accomplish so much in our shop because of the super-flexible custom actions. I can run GraphQL queries and mutations and do as much as Twig will allow - which sometimes isn't as much as I want, but the support team is unbelievably helpful when I run into a problem. They are prompt to respond, clear in their communication, and so knowledgeable. We have a small team and we literally could not succeed like we do without Arigato automations.

Fantastic. Arigato automations/capabilities go well beyond what is possible with shopify flow. Our company has been able to implement a few automations to save time & data cleaning, and we are planning a good deal more.

This app is amazing! It allows for so much customization and they provide live support as well. I only wish they would make the Basic plan available to shops that are on the Shopify plan who are still small businesses but have to be on the Shopify plan due to needing a POS system.

Our store utilises some extremely complex and advanced automations powered by Arigato. We have alot of core features that enhance our website thanks to it. Automated tagging based on inventory levels, as well as updating order tags for reporting has been a true godsend.

Their support is also extremely efficient and are not afraid of jumping in to assist in flows.

Highly recommend!

This did not meet our needs, so we canceled and uninstalled it. Unfortunately, they are still charging $50 per month for the canceled service.

It's impossible for us to charge you after you've uninstalled. Billing is entirely handled by Shopify. Shopify's system generated a charge before you uninstalled and the bill arrived later, after uninstalling. We have absolutely no control over how this works as this system is entirely controlled by Shopify. Please review Shopify's billing documentation for more information.

Per the documentation: "Make sure that you consider app billing cycles when you plan to uninstall an app. Recurring app charges are generated the first time an app charge is approved, and then on the first day of an app’s billing cycle. Because of this, a charge will appear on your bill even if you uninstall an app only a day or two after you install it."

Please direct any questions or complaints regarding Shopify's billing practices at Shopify directly. We are required to use the system, we don't get any say in how it works. Once you uninstall, we lose access to your store entirely. You reached out to us about this issue and we did the only thing we can do, which was to manually give a refund, which we did for you without hesitation. If there is anything else within our control that we can do to rectify this, just let us know, we'd be happy to do so.
