This is a very powerful shipping app with tons of features which simplified and automated our international shipping to a great extent. We are now integrated with FedEx, UPS, and Hong Kong Post (which was really rare to find). We tried countless others including Shippo, EasyPost, etc..

Sagar and Sibi are just incredible. I googled a bunch of apps, and decided to go with this one (had a failure with another), its remarkable how responsive they are if you have an issue - I don't know how these guys do it. They have no only responded quickly to multiple call outs for help, but also added a new feature I asked for (extra fields in a Template for an invoice PDF) really quickly - I was stunned. Also they cater well to Australian postal carriers, I was thinking they would only have knowledge of USA, but us Aussies are well catered for. Top notch!
