When it works, it works okay, but I am contacting help nearly every day to address issues with their system.
The whole point of paying for an app is to make my shipping faster, and this is not doing it.
Très très limitante. On ne peut pas modifier une étiquette une fois créer (après qu'elle soit marquée comme 'traitée''. Alors si un client m'écrit après que son étiquette soit créer pour modifier son adresse, je ne peux même pas canceller l'étiquette. Le système ne met pas les commandes comme traitées automatiquement, on doit faire une étape supplémentaires pour le faire. Les commandes personnalisées, ou avec changement ne peuvent pas être expédiées, aucune façon de faire une étiquette de retour ou un échange. On ne peut pas renvoyer une commande qui a été oublié sans refaire une nouvelle commande, etc. Bref, ce n'est vraiment pas ce que j'ai besoin comme application et surtout pas pour le prix.

I wish I had better things to say about this app, because the people behind it are really nice. However, I used it for about a year and it was very difficult.
UI is complex and unintuitive. Only when we did high volume at Christmas could we remember the many tweaks and corrections that need to be added to many of the shipments. There is no documentation, and customer support is on a call-back basis. Setup was difficult, and even after using it for a long time we still had printing issues which we could not solve.
The developers promised a better UI, but that never happened. Positive point: the support person, when he did get back in touch with us, was very patient and willing to spend whatever time was necessary to make the app work.
With another round of development this app could work, but it became unusable for us.
We have been using this app now for several days without any success. We are based in Scandinavia. Rates are not showing correct. Dual or confusing answers from support sometimes regarding setup and configuration. Tried for hours to connect a Thermal Printer without success thru this app. I like the idea for the app to arrange and handle freight labels thru one point but it has not worked out so far. Support seems quite fast in reply. We give this some more days. If everything not working out it is no point for us to have this app.
Bad experience with this app. Was unable to connect our UPS account after more than 20 attempts. App kept giving various different error messages that were not at all clear in terms of what the issue was. We have not had any problems connecting our UPS account to Shopify, ShipStation or our ERP system. I had a Zoom call with their customer support representative, who was friendly and helpful, but also was not able to solve the problem after 20 minutes of attempting to. I was told to contact UPS, but that doesn't really make sense considering that other apps have no problem connecting to our account. In the end, it just wasn't worth my time to continue putting effort into trying to get things working, when completing such a basic function seemed impossible.
I am sure this app is great if it works, but support were unable to get it working for me and didn't seem to interested in working with me to resolve the issue.

The problem was with the extra "0000”s in the account number configuration. After removing the additional zeroes, we were able to generate a label successfully.
