Excellent customer service at all hours of the day, and extensive options to customize our shipping preferences. Really enjoying this app so far!

So far I think it's going to be great. Support is wonderful - Shashi Kumar was very helpful! He helped me get the app set up and walked me through answers to my questions.

We have an issue with the app and Addina help us to fix the problem immediatly via call. Super helpful during resolving the issue.

We are using this app to be able to ship to multiple locations across the world from different shipping locations. The support team was incredibly helpful and clear for our use case. We were able to get set up on the app, test and go live within one day. Thank you!

Have been using this app for over a year now. My original review as listed below still stands. This is a great app, a "must have" for eCommerce shipping. We ship world wide and it works great. The customer support is the best I have ever seen in, not only this industry, but any other industry I have worked in. Recently I had identified a couple of features that would be important to our website and they added these features to their app. This was a valuable advantage to dealing with them.

What Can I say...hmm....Great app, The best People, We have some many set up problems with our courier of choice but the Guys a Plugin Hive, Sibi & Addina are so good, walks us though the process. I can't thank them enough. So again many thanks for the hours of back and forth conversations.

They've been quick to respond to my e-mails (within 24 hours) and help me get setup with my shipping needs. They've also been quick to establish zoom calls in order to better understand the issue. My use case is very niche, so it did require me to go through about 3 service reps before my issue was fully understood and resolved.

But still, very impressed with response times and willingness to jump on a call to solve problems.

Keerthi was great support, very helpful and patient with setting up the back end. Plugin quite simple to use actually once you get used to it. More automated features would be great.

Awesome app it worked perfectly to connect my store to DHL, customer care is very kind and efficient!
