Strong customer service support with good follow up!! Their customer service team is amazing. They are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I wish all companies had customer service like this. Issues are fixed in short periods of time

I give this app a thumbs up as it takes care of the most important part of my business shipping. It links varies shippers & makes life easy. The setting up part is tricky but the support team was able to take care of my issues and are pretty fast & resolved my issues. I definitely recommend this app

At the beginning the app looks a bit confusing. But you quickly understand things, and if you get stuck, the support is always there. They answer quickly, help you step by step and teach you how to use the app. In my case, Sidhanth taught me how to use it. We started a Zoom call and he explained everything clearly step by step. Very happy with the app. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
