I tried to set it up on my own first but didn't succed but fortunatly Shashi Kumar from customer service called me and asked if I wanted any help. So professional! I love that support and he helped me get everything right and now it runs very smooth. Love this app!

Bad experience with this app. Was unable to connect our UPS account after more than 20 attempts. App kept giving various different error messages that were not at all clear in terms of what the issue was. We have not had any problems connecting our UPS account to Shopify, ShipStation or our ERP system. I had a Zoom call with their customer support representative, who was friendly and helpful, but also was not able to solve the problem after 20 minutes of attempting to. I was told to contact UPS, but that doesn't really make sense considering that other apps have no problem connecting to our account. In the end, it just wasn't worth my time to continue putting effort into trying to get things working, when completing such a basic function seemed impossible.

I downloaded this app because I needed rates calculated by the dimensional weight. This app allows you to do just that among many other features. It was easy to install their support team has been amazing. I had several questions that they answered within seconds! Highly recommend.
