Updated: Revised to 3* (happy to revise to a higher rating once the issue with local post integration gets resolved) A+ for effort, Keerthi has been very helpful in getting things sorted. FedEx now works properly but we've hit a wall with the local post office integration. The issue is not all entirely with PluginHive, as the local post should making sure the correct information is being used. Basically if your local post has suspended and resumed different services over time due to COVID, there's a chance the app will pull up services that are still suspended for the destination country. You can get around it temporarily with automated rules, but as I've mentioned to the team that's not a reliable way as available mail services could change at any time. Still a work in progress. --------------------
9/29: I liked the idea of what this app was meant to accomplish. I was previously using "Ship Rate and Track", also by PluginHive which worked really well for FedEx. I switched to "PH MultiCarrier Shipping Label" as I wanted to set up a connection with my local post office. It's now been over 5 hours since I installed this app and we (myself and support), have yet to configure a working connection with the local post and the FedEx rates now no longer work. The UI is not that friendly and despite the emails claiming support will call to assist in sorting this out, they've just literally gone quiet. Great if you're able to make it work, but now I've gone from having a shipping service that was working, to none. Needless to say, not very happy with the lack of communication!

The problem was with the extra "0000”s in the account number configuration. After removing the additional zeroes, we were able to generate a label successfully.

The customer service team was very helpful to walk me through the process. Highly recommend. This was mainly to use the SurePost via UPS account and the Multi Carrier shipping label app will work perfectly for me.

Works great so far! Unfortunately had incorrect credentials for parcelforce, but once we received the correct ones, Tauseef from PH MultiCarrier wasted no time to jump on a Zoom call and set the whole thing up for us, works seamlessly now! I've been looking to get away from copy and pasting address details from Shopify Order Page into Parcelforce for at least the past year! Finally I have an app that actually works! Thanks for all your help guys!
Just beware: when you install this app, it immediately takes over your store and offers the most insane rates to your customers. There should be a way to select your preferred rates before it goes live. In just 20 minutes, we had over 25 orders who paid the postcard rate for shipping. So ridiculous. Needless to say, we deleted this app immediately. Might be a great app...just be forewarned.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. By default, the app will show all the applicable shipping services at checkout for the configured carrier. Since the product was having a minimal weight it was eligible for the letter mail option as well.
Now, we have enhanced the app to enable only the popular shipping services used by the merchants by default.
Ideally, you need to configure the preferred services in the app. We tried reaching out to you to help you with the configuration.

Impossible to set-up - waste of time - ZERO SUPPORT. save your time/money. Only instructions are youtube video which is useless.

We regret to inform you that online buyers will not be able to use their own UPS Account number for our services. Currently, we are not aware of any Shopify Shipping app that provides this functionality.
We strongly advise against implementing such a process because the Shopify Checkout is not customizable for every Shopify plan, making it challenging for customers to provide UPS Account details. Moreover, customers can enter incorrect information, resulting in cart abandonment.
Our recommendation is to utilize the merchant's UPS account, which you have already set up. This way, UPS rates based on the merchant's account can be displayed at checkout. While these rates may not precisely match the customer's UPS account rates, they can serve as approximate rates during checkout.
Alternatively, you can offer Free Shipping at checkout as another approach.
In both cases, customers would need to prepare the shipment labels using their own UPS Account and send them to the merchants for processing the shipments.
