Very good experience with the app so far. Our company is integrating through Fedex for parcel shipping rates and it truly is a seamless integration that returns the exact rates as our Fedex calculator.

By far the best customer service I've had since trying any other shipping app. The step-by-step help via a Zoom call was not expected but extremely appreciated.
