You cannot put a fixed rate greater than 9999 in one currency.

I understand the need of a company to upsell but I felt my intelligence offended.
The support supposed to be quick and painless instead, after weeks of waiting from my first email, it was all a back and forth of emails in which yet didn't fix all issues that I've uncounted with this app.
When I've received the last email with the sentence "to be more specific it can be hidden using CSS", this is practically the end of this thread of emails. As a Next Issue Resolution your support has more to learn because I should come back writing and ask what the code is to add to the CSS. If I would, probably I'll receive an email advising again the service for the customization of the CSS and the placement picker - which I'm not looking to buy and another 1-2 days to might resolve my issues.
Too much effort for simple things. However the agents, dealt with the issues politely and with manners.
Initially a big fan of the app and service but after I requested my currency picker be installed for the second time on a new theme they told me I needed to pay $30 USD for the custom coding. As a new start up that's not a cost I can justify, so I will switch to an app that is actually free with no hidden costs.

It did not help me. Please guide me if I need to do any further steps.
Hello Ankit. Our Multi-Currency app is designed to work to change the prices of your currency on all of your products, except for on the checkout page since it does not have access.
If you're interested in having customers check out in their currency as well, you'll just need to download Bold Cashier as well, as they integrate together to provide this functionality.

This is about Bold`s Cashier checkout. Cashier its a ”need” if you want the app Multi Currency. But Cashier is far from finnished. We are very pleased with their customer service. They have helped with the Currency app and graphic wishes. However, in this mode we can not give them the highest rating. This because of their simple payment solution. They do not have Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Ali Pay, Gift Card Payment. They only have simple card payment. When (if) they intigrate all payment functions that a webshop should have 2018 we will give them higher rate. But as it is now we are dissapointed.
Customer these days want to have an easy, safe, fast payment gateway. Only creditcard payment is very late 90`s. Well lets hope BOLD Commerce listen to this so that we dont have to go back to Shopify checkout - though Shopify ckeckout have alot that Bold cashier checkout don`t have.
Update 1 - we have been using this app for 2 months now, awesome customization support from the team, it serves the purpose
Update 2 - Just be careful, we love this app, but seriously they went and changed our theme without our knowledge and destroyed it completely, we had to re-install our old theme and re-work everything, app is good but they need to work on their company processes. We are very sad to downgrade our rating to 3 stars for this data breach
why the currency picker do not show up? I have done all the work including the code, what should I do next?
I don't like that you cannot remove extra decimal places, so your pricing will show as $15.00 USD instead of $15 USD.
Seems like this could be an easy implementation, idk why they don't allow you to change this. I have a feeling I'll end up removing it soon since the customization is so limited.

Unfortunately, removing the decimals is not something that our app can do on its own as this needs to be available for merchants who are using cents. We hope to offer something like this in the future, and very much appreciate your feedback. There are some styling customizations that we are able to do on a support level, but unfortunately more complex customizations fall outside of our scope.
