This app is critical for our multivendor store and I'd recommend it to others doing the same. It helps track everything from how much we owe each seller to tax rules and discount rules and works well. The UI is separate from Shopify Admin so it takes some getting used to but so far I've figured most things out. If you ever have any issues and/or need help, support has always been pretty easy to reach and helpful. One thing that could be improved is to include dates on order references both for vendors and admin so it's easier to cross-reference things.
We have been using the Multivendor Marketplace app for our marketplace and it has helped us efficiently manage sellers, products, and orders from one place. The app offers the features we need to run our marketplace smoothly, and the support team is always quick to respond and provide assistance whenever required. Overall, our experience has been very positive, and we would recommend the app to any Shopify merchant looking to build and grow a successful multi-vendor marketplace
We’ve been using the Webkul Multi Vendor Marketplace app for our Shopify store, and it has been a great experience so far. It is a robust solution that fulfills almost all of our business requirements. The functions are intuitive and work exactly as advertised.
The standout feature for us is their support team—they are super fast to respond and consistently resolve issues on time. While there are a few limitations currently, such as the unavailability of local delivery partner integrations for the Pakistan market, we are hopeful these will be added soon.
Overall, it’s a fantastic app with a top-tier support team. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build a marketplace on Shopify!
