Very good support. It is by email ticket but they are always very helpful and responsive (during the week) . Lots of great features in the app but I do wish we could more easily control the look of the seller profile pages and directory. It would be great to allow shoppers to be able to sort through the sellers to find the one they are looking for.

There's been some teething troubles and features I required that weren't in the dev yet but support are generally responsive and for a small fee were able to develop the functionality I required ahead of schedule.

I've tried a few different marketplace addons but this one is the most customisable and supportive of my requirements.

The Useless Pancreas - a marketplace for Type 1 diabetics. It does take some time and patience to understand how the software works, but the app itself provides a number of great features and customizations.
