App is nothing short of amazing. Developer is extremely responsive. I always ask a million questions before installing apps to ensure the code isn't bogging down our site (or auto inject upon install) and they answered all my questions right away. Custom installation into a duplicate theme file was done within 6 hours of me asking for it to be done, which kept us on schedule for all of our other web dev. projects. As for the app itself, we are seeing great metrics. No customer complaints. This app is a must have, probably my favorite app in the app store right now. What are you waiting for? I recommend downloading it yesterday.

This app practically gives you free money. Support is great, very responsive. Our opt-in rate is about 50%, so we're earning a few extra $ on every order.

This app is great! The developers walked me through step by step when i had a issue with my store. they even went the extra mile to make some of the more complicated adjustments for me. They are super knowledgeable and even gave me some amazing advice to get my conversions higher. I highly recommend this app to anyone and everyone who is selling online!!!

Team is active in use groups online and available to answer questions quickly. Install was easy and it works as intended. MUCH better alternative to other shipping protection programs.

Navidium shipping protection is a must have app for all your shipping claim issues. It ‘seamless design, ease of use and practical approach makes this app unique. Now I have funds to cover any shipping cost such as damage, stolen or lost; as you all know is out of our control as sellers but our customers want their product so you can’t blame them for getting upset when they don’t get it or it is damage. Customers are happy to pay a reasonable amount for this protection which you have full control of what you will charge the customer and the customer can easily chose to opt-in right in the shopping cart! As a result, we are free to deal with each issue individually keeping our new and loyal customers very happy. As for support, Marc is excellent when it comes to support which is VERY critical to us as a growing business. There were a few issues that Marc dealt with immediately with a great attitude of support and some fun too! Thanks again Marc for creating this app. Looking forward to working with you as we continue to move forward in a positive path for everyone! WIN! WIN!

I expect that sometimes an app may have glitches but I’ve been battling these glitches since Nov 16. I’ve had to delete the app twice now due to lost sales for these reasons.

1. Toggle button is on at cart page but item & charge is removed when you get to checkout.
2. Doesn’t charge correct % on order total. For example if you have 2%, when a customer orders $100 worth of an item it charges $2.25 not $2.
3. Doesn’t charge the correct amount if you choose static rate. A customer got charged $3 for a $15 item when it should have been $1.
4. The static rate may not work upon initial installation and you have to reach out.
5. When toggling off the insurance on cart page the text doesn’t change to the “opt out” information.
6. The Learn More link is also not displaying on the cart page.

Hi there,

I'm one of the co founders of Navidium,and wanted to hop on and apologize for any glitches or difficulties you had with our app.

1-5 are all issues that usually occur when the core product in Shopify is changed or have their variants changed oj Shopify end. While we also wish we could have an exact match %, the reality is that no one is able to do that properly due in large to shopify's limitation of 100 variants per product. Our % rounds up to the next available variant,but we do have quite a lot of customizable options we can do on our backend to help get you as close as you need.

As for the static, again, most likely the issue was related to variants being changed after the install.

All in all, we have 1000s of merchants using Navidium, and I'm confident we can get this working for you properly.
