Navidium Shipping Protection

We’ve been using Navidium since they create the app I believe and it’s been excellent. After trying other shipping protection apps, this one has been the best fit for our business. I really appreciate that it lets us take care of our customers directly instead of pushing them into a third-party claims process.

Installation was effortless as they take care of everything and when Shopify made some changes that would affect Navidium they were proactive and took care of everything quickly to make sure it continued to work seamlessly. Highly recommended.

Easy to install. I had a few problems due to my ignorance. They responded quickly and solved it for me. Customers enjoy the option and also gives me a lot more flexibility than the other insurance options I have used. The others cost me money, this one helps me.
