This is a great app that allows us to give customers peace of mind during their purchase and to partially offset all of the rising costs in the channel.
I switched from another Package Insurance app to Navidium. It's a much better alternative, with great transparency, and was exactly what we needed to cover the costs of the ever common stolen, lost or damaged packages.
The support is superb, it's light on the site, and very effective.
Highly recommend it.

This shipping protection app helped us come up with a clear strategy for handling lost packages: no purchase, no replacement. It looks very clean and trustworthy on the site & we've had sigificant buy-in from customers. The best part is the back-end portal with claim submission & revenue tracker! This helps us easily track our number of reshipments per month and how that affects our bottom line. Marc has provided excellent app support and customer service as well. We've tried route (pricey) & Shiptection (dashboard never worked) - Navidium wins hands down.
Great app!! So much better to be able to handle claims on your own vs going through another app that may or may not pay out claims. Customer service is very responsive and fast as well :)
Simple to use. Good Options. You evaluate your own business model and offer insurance to your customer based on your business needs. For example, evaluate your own business model such as:
* Do you have a high chance that your items will break?
* What kind of value is your products like, high or low value?
* low or high fraud risk, and etc.
You should try and see it yourself.
