We would highly recommend Navidium for shipping protection. We have used other popular services and Navidium is better in everyway. The other guys made it more difficult for us and our customers. They wanted customers to download their app and made our customers file police reports in order to initiate a claim. Navidium gives you the opportunity to run your own system and make all the extra money that the other guys take. Thanks Navidium!!
The BEST shipping protection app! We previously used route and felt like we were getting robbed. We switched to navidium and it helps us generate extra revenue but helps our customers feel more confident during the checkout process. They are always so responsive and willing to help! This app is exactly what a store owner needs. We have worked with other shipping protection services in the past and this is BY FAR the best solution, price, and I recommend it to every shopify store owner I come across that wants to use a shipping protection. Every penny matters in these economic times and Navidium Shipping Protection helps me keep more. Looking at my P&L account for shipping insurance paid out vs retained last year affirmed that. I absolutely love it!
Fantastic app that gives all the power and revenue of Shipping protection to the merchant. Additionally, there are new features outside of shipping protection added to this feature set basically every quarter or even more often. We have killed it with Navidium and won't switch to a different provider anytime in the foreseeable future.
Navidium is a game-changer!! After paying Route hundreds of dollars each week and not seeing any of that money ourselves, we switched to Navidium, which allows us to keep any money that isn't used to replace or refund orders. Navidium should be an absolute no-brainer for anyone that runs a business and takes care of their customers. The app was very easy to install and the icons and shipping protection wording are very easy to change to make it your own protection plan. Customer service is lightning fast and has answered every question I've had so far almost immediately. I HIGHLY recommend at least doing the free trial for Navidium. You'll be so impressed, there will be no reason to not become a lifetime customer. Thanks Navidium for making such an awesome app to help us take care of our customers!
AMAZING!!!!!!!! Best decision I ever made for my company! We switched over from RO*TE and will never look back. We are able to quickly process claims and resolve customer service issues which is key in customer retention. Overall a better experience and service that we are able to provide to our customers.
