Just downloaded today. I had another one green up i belive it was call make an offer and it was flat and boring not to mention in the middle of everything so costumer never really saw. This app on the other hand Is easy to set up and great costumer service i run into an issue. Were i wanted people to get no lower then 10% and was resolve fast. I try it myself I try 15% and it was rounded to 10%. Without me having to look into it and press accept/ denied also. If it's to high it denies it by itself. ⚠️note if you want to put 10% off everything let's say your item cost $16.99 and you don't want costumers to pass that 10% discount. Then set it to 90% i know is a bit confusing just the opposite way. If you get what I mean is like saying 100 - 10% = 90 so you enter 90% If you don't want them passing 15% you enter 85% get where I'm going? 100 - 15% = 85 atleast thats from my understanding. Give it a try. I hope it keeps growing and let's see where it takes us. Best part it doesn't charge you monthly rather 1% of all successful transaction.

I changed to this app from the competition Make an Offer whom I have been with for years. I did not want to leave by I was losing sales because of the system .This automation is very good and sales have increased. However, I have a large catalog of one-of-a-king items and I need to be able to disable the offer option on particular items so that they never haver an offer option no matter what collection (s) they live in. I achieved that with Make an Offer by using a SKU that flagged that item so that I could internally delete the make an offer button. I contacted support regarding this issue and was given an irrelevant answer and no help. I went into detail explaining the problem and never got a reply. So here I am, making more sales on one hand, but having to give discounts on items that I don't want to on the other hand so I am making and losing money. Guess I am on my own, take it or leave it. I am now deciding if I want to dump this app, checking numbers and will decide if I want to go back to Make An Offer. They actually reached out and wanted to know why I left and are working to fix their issues. I actually mattered to them.
Update: 12-1-23 They have disappeared from my website and my dashboard.
Update:12-6 2023 I sent an email an did not hear back from them. I looked all over the internet for any clue as to why they disappeared. My customers were upset contacting me about wanting to make offers and I had to do them manually. Over the weekend I installed a different offer app. Learning a new app during the Christmas rush was not want I wanted to do, but it is a critical time of year. I heard back from Negotio on Monday and Matt told me that they had a critical server problem and that the system should be working now. It's too late for me, I found another app, but if you are searching for info, this is the story of what happened. Negotio is still a good app that generates sales at an affordable price. I would recommend.

This app is amazing. If you don't have this app installed then clearly you're not inerested in making money :) This app offers you great flexibilty with pricing your items individually or with rules on collections for a bulk fix. The team is also great at responding to all my questions/suggetions and are constantly making great improvements to this app. Best app I've used on Shopify in my 3 years of using it.

This app has a ton of potential. Can't wait to drive traffic to my store and increase my conversions.

Incredible app, everyone should be using this. After spending some time in Europe, I've noticed that literally everyone wants to negotiate and name their own price. This makes it easy to bring that exact negotiating into Shopify. Very happy I installed this.

6 out of 5 stars! This app is real great and promising. It looks great and simple modern design with easy functionality for everyone to understand. In our country people like to bargain so this is a great addon to the shop!
And i want to say big thanks to the developers and support team as they helped us fix our shops bad coding so the button shows up properly on all devices. Huge thanks to Matthew who helped us and didn't give up when we thought that it will just be to hard to fix the problems we had. Thank you a lot and i strongly suggest this app to anyone who is interested !

This app really helped my store with more sales by giving my customers an option to make an offer. Brian and his team were absolutely excellent with helping me along the way and cant wait to work more with them. Keep it up guys!

The good:
Best value by far relative to what is available in a plug and play model. As a retailer, it is hard to give up a percentage of gross sales when what you get is net after costs....so...a 1% is reasonable. Nice dashboard and easy install with great support. Very flexible on where you want the app installed and not installed.

The bad - and the reason for the one star ding:
1) No way except manually for the best offer button to not show up when you run a sale where the discounted price is equal to or less than the lowest price you allow in the app.
2) No way to disable discount codes in the shopping cart you might send out for marketing so if you send out a 15% off code and they come in and negotiate your lowest price - say 20% off on a make offer, they will end up taking 35% off after checkout...so again, you have to manually turn off the app if you do any marketing that uses discount codes.

Outside of that - it is a GREAT APP that just needs some fine tuning to be a perfect app.

I did pass on these notes to the developer and hopefully in the future they'll roll something like that out.

A great addition to any site looking to increase sales. It's like having the eBay "Best Offer" feature on your own site! I like the way you can set accept/decline margins by product or collection and the way it seamlessly integrated with my site. Their support is fantastic and went the extra mile to make sure the App worked flawlessly with my custom theme. One of the best apps I have used on Shopify.
