Nembol is powerful yet flexible. It provides our vintage shop with the capability to use our Etsy store as the source of truth to push updates - with defined conditions - to our Ebay and Shopify stores. We have found customer support through chat to be very responsive. They support more than just technical issues, but also help with business configuration decisions as well. Also, there are great videos for many questions and situations. We highly recommend it if you have more than one online channel.

Was good to start with but now it just does not work with Amazon, none of my stock syncs despite it being linked and they could not find out why. Works well with Shopify, eBay and Etsy hence 4 stars. Will be looking for another app when my subscription expires.
Thank you for your review. We’re glad Nembol works well for you on Shopify, eBay, and Etsy. Our team is working on Amazon sync, we already released a patch while we write right now, and we will release the formal upgrade by January 2026.
Syncing issues may be due on Amazon to constraints such as ASIN-level restrictions, inactive or suppressed offers, FBA-controlled inventory, or other specific catalog rules enforced by Amazon.

Update to Response: 1u days later Nembol responds sarcastically to a customer and fails to point out or accept that despite the many low ratings they need to improve. Good idea Nembol! Blame your customers. Typical!
All the reason to not use them, they blame you like a bad ex.
Software could be great but no support. All AI chat. You csnnot edit a channel once you labeled it. So terrible for new store development. Sync settings are inconsistent. 3 days no tech response.

Just to clarify: Nembol users can change their store names, as Elisabetta explained. In your case, you contacted us on Saturday, March 22nd, and Elisabetta got back to you on Monday, March 24th. She reset your Shopify-4 login name for free, so you could reconnect.
Since in some channels the store name also works as the login name, we need to reset the login when a name change is requested — but this is a quick and straightforward process, which we did our best to walk you through.

I know some people have not had great experiences with this app, but for me it works wonderfully. I had been looking for about 12 months for an app that does what Nimbol does, I have tried others but they did not work out. Honestly I really like this app, yes you have to mindful how you set it up so it works for you, yes there is a particular way to set up your product listings so that they look good across all platforms, and yes you may want to tweek the listings on each platform a little but once you get that sorted it just works. I have found Customer Support very helpful and quite quick in their response and helping me fix MY mistakes. I use it for Inventory management across my website, my Etsy shop and now Ebay. I have peace of mind that my stock levels are being looked after across my sales platforms..

I have been using Nembol for over a year now and it's okay for the price I do have something to say though that bugs me. We have been teased with improvements for 6 months now which include categories, which would be a super big help for me, this has not been implimented yet. Customer service is slow (due to being in a different timezone I understand but still they dont seem to understand the issue when you get in it). It cannot properly publish to Amazon, sometimes inventory that is marked as out of stock somehow gets back in stock and is sold, which causes issues with the platform metrics because I have to give a refund for out of stock and I get a negative customer experience and negative flag on my account from the platform (etsy, ebay, or amazon). There is no easy way to link two products that are the same from different channels, it says it does it via SKU, but this isn't always correct, they need a manual way to link a product.... that right there would be a MAJOR game changer. If they would impliment the categories and add a way to link products together manually this would easily be a 4 star review instead because the price is right but at this point Nembol is a big headache and slowing down our growth. I really hope they get the ball rolling on promised changes and not just leading us on and I REALLY hope they impliment a manual way to link listings. I feel like the devs should contact and screenshare with a couple of us having ongoing issues to see what we see, the product has a lot of potential but it needs some major tweaking
This app is proving to be a great help in me running my inventory between multiple channels. It is one of the lower cost options but is really flexible, has a lot of options and functionality and the support is excellent.
We depend on this app 100% for thousands of listings ... it is wonderful , better than just how good the up is ... is the customer support , fast responding and really doing what it takes to solve any issue . This app saved us so many hours of work and effort each day and the customer / tech support are awesome +++++customer service oriented

I've only had the app a few days and already found it to be so fabulous that I have opened a 2nd account for another Etsy shop that I want to sync to Shopify.
I used the first account to swap listings from one Etsy shop to another saving me countless boring mind numbing hours of work!
The customer service is great and they get back to you quickly. I definitely recommend this app if you need to sync between Etsy and Shopify.
I obtained this app to help keep my Etsy, Shopify and Amazon listings synced. I am beyond happy with the customer service from this company. And this app is very powerful. I'm learning something new everyday. I haven't been able to sync my Amazon listings because I'm not a Pro Seller and I'm still tweaking the process with which i import orders to Shopify from Etsy I've been able to link to my facebook, pinterest, twitter and tumbler. Thank you so much for making this app!! Great job!
