It is pretty easy and user friendly to use! I think there should have an option where you can place a message beside the icon - for easier visibility of the site visitors.

Very easy to use and quick to set up as well as customize, needed customer support for some help and Rachel was quick and prompt to help and stayed connected until issue was resolved. I highly recommend this app!
