This app has been such a time saver and very easy to import orders from shopify, its perfect for small shops that ship internationally

this app is the biggest find for us in 2017, we were paying $159 per express package and now we are paying money $75 on average.

I have had a great experience using NetParcel. Their rates are cheaper in most cases than Canada Post and customer service has been great when I've called in. The integration with shopify is excellent too.

I have always use netpercel and for about 99% of my shipment because their rate is affordable especially for small businesses. In few occasion where there is issues with carrier, their customer service is prompt in providing resolution.
I will continue using them as long as I am able to get good and competitive rate.

I've been using netParcel for some time now and love it! We don't have a lot of shipping options in Canada so it's wonderful to be able to get reduced rates for courier service without having to create accounts with each individual courier. I would definitely recommend netParcel to other small shop owners.

This app provides an awesome alternative for larger packages where Postal rates are too high. They also saved us a ton of money and time during the Canada Post labour dispute when we needed to quickly find alternative shipping options. Whenever we have had questions they are always answered quickly.

netParcel has been great for shipping LADDERAILs to the states VIA UPS. The rates are lower than Canada post and drop offs at the UPS store is always quick. Also love that it is free to use. We have inventory in FBA warehouses in the states and have the option to use their MCF for our Shopify orders, but netParcel still ends up cheaper for Shopify orders to the states. In a world of such uncertainty, I cannot begin to tell you how great it is to have a company like netParcel in your corner. Selling product is one thing, shipping it at affordable rates quite another beast. Let them tame that beast. And customer service is par excellence!
