This app is awesome! Super simple to use and streamlines shipping. For a busy shop it is a must! I like that it fufills your order for you once you pay for postage as well as sends the tracking number along to the buyer. Saves me time and money, a must!

I really like the rates I get using this ap. It is nice and easy to pull orders and information from Shopify. Intergration was a bit difficult as something wasn’t working but I received the support I needed to get things running

Very good app, reasonably user-friendly and gives lots of options in a format that largely makes sense (unlike many other shipping apps we've tried, like the Purolator one which is absolute rubbish). Would like to see a larger degree of automation for importing orders from Shopify though (ie an auto-synced order list), so that a full list of orders was visible and fulfilment status is easier to ...

The stress of an imminent Canada Post strike motivated us to search for a new delivery partner for our Shopify web orders. Thank goodness for the strike, because we found netParcel. Started using this application during the potential upcoming CanadaPost strike. It has helped keep our shipping easy, and our costs down while we are forced to use alternative shipping methods. Their customer service was also very helpful.

I started using netParcel last Monday due to the possible Canada Post shortage. It was hard to decide witch shipping app to use. We decided to give netParcel a try and we're not disappointed at all. The integration with Shopify worked flawlessly and the app is easy to use. Our first shipment was a success. I recommend netParcel to all Shopify users who needs shipping services.

After doing a lot of research and comparing prices with so many other shipping providers, we found Net Parcel and are we ever happy we did! There shipping rates from Canada to the US beat any other company we've come across and the shipping rates within Canada basically match Canada Post. Happy to be using Net Parcel as our new shipping provider :-)

Works like a charm. Only downside is the FedEx label is not formatted to print on one side of the paper and instead prints dead center or stretched a full page. Easily dealt with but inconvenient. Otherwise love it
