Incredible app and amazing team to work with. They pass a lot of orders that Shopify would've failed, having better knowledge and research regarding those customers, yet we haven't had ONE chargeback yet. They know exactly what they're doing. I once questioned one of their choices but they explained to me everything that's going on behind the scenes and why they passed a certain customer. He turned out to be one of my best customers, ordering over $1,000 worth of product over the past year and most definitely not fraud--he's now fully green-lighted by Shopify as well. Had his first order not gone through, he'd have gone elsewhere. Highly recommend over any other app, including Shopify Fraud.

Great company for fraud. We compared them with other services available, and they were far cheaper, especially against the other popular option, Signifyd. The customer service has been amazing and they were able to help us set rules into place for different customizations on our site. Took less than 10 minutes to get everything up and running. So easy. Highly recommend!!!

Prior to installing and using NoFraud, we were getting hit with a lot of chargebacks due to fraudulent orders being processed. Since utilizing NoFraud, we have not received any further chargebacks. Their CS team is amazing to work with as well! Highly recommend!

I can't speak highly enough of Shoshanah. She's been so helpful for the past year since the onboarding and as this business has continued to grow. When we first onboarded, we were getting hit with heavy fraud, and it had a really tough impact on the business. With NoFraud, we've been able to accept more orders and have the confidence that everything is as it should be when fulfilling. What separates NoFraud in my view from the rest is the caliber of support and the human review process. This is some of the best money we have ever spent. Integrating the app was quick and smooth, the support is fantastic and far superior to the service offered by some of their competitors. Our fraudulent orders have dropped by almost 60% since integrating NoFraud as compared to Signifyd and all orders that are charged-back are quickly reimbursed. If you're accepting credit card payments online, you can’t afford not to get them! NoFraud recently rolled our a service called "Chargeback Management Tool" which we have enrolled, the tool allows us to automate all disputes to be handled by the NoFraud team and free up our team's time in handling more important tasks. Well done NoFraud team!
