Reading other low reviews about customer service I have to say we had a totally different experience so hopefully this issue has now been sorted. The customer support team went above and beyond to try and help us find a solution to our problem and responded really quickly. The only issue is I don't think it's possible for the app to do what we need which is why we've scored so low as it feels like this should be quite a fundamental feature for a lot of stores. We wanted to have 3 quizzes all pointing towards a database via an automation. Quiz 1 was fine, but if the same user takes Quiz 1 followed by Quiz 2, it won't let you export the Quiz 2 data unless they are using the same browser. So if a user takes Quiz 1 on their mobile & Quiz 2 later on another device, you can't access the data for Quiz 2 - only the first quiz they submitted. If you only want 1 quiz as a product recommendation option it's probably a great tool and the dashboard is super clean and easy to use. But if you're looking to use multiple quizzes or have integrations into third party apps it's unfortunately not possible at the moment.

Great app, exactly what I needed for our quiz.
And I might add, the customer support team is great as well. As I was new to Octane, on 2 occasions, Leonardo was quick to answer and right to the point with the solutions I needed. Thanks a lot! I definitely recommend!

I've used this app before and recently came back to it since they added the Shop Quiz feature. Although I can't comment on the app itself since we are JUST starting to use it, I can say that the customer support gets an A+. Thanks for the setup help, Brandon!

A little hard to get used to using it, especially the "rules" Customer service gets back quickly, so make sure to use the chat.

such a bad app wont let you disable the app from store easily. Crap app.
No quick response from teams either. Very disappointing.

While we are just starting to implement this app, the support has been incredible! Leonardo was super responsive, took the time to make sure all my questions were answered as well as that my integration was set up successfully, and checked in to make sure I had everything figured out even after my problem was resolved. 10/10 stars for support here!

I think this APP has huge potential. Their customer support is awesome.

Unfortunately if your market is not English speaking and you need to be able to translate button texts into your own language, then this APP becomes useless because ist not possible. Many buttons and certain Bot texts are fixed and cannot be translated or customized. Are real pity and a huge disappointment for us.

Hopefully the developer will change this. Shouldn't be so hard and they would open the App to more markets and avoid disappointment of users who find that issue out after they invested time to install and test the Bot.
