Okendo's onboarding process is detail-oriented, and the feature I appreciate the most is the one-stop solution that offers loyalty programs, reviews, etc. It allows seamless integration while also gathering useful data from surveys. I would say this is one of the best review solutions for e-commerce.

If you are a new business starting out (like us) you must download and use Okendo. Reviews matter signficantly to other buyers and also to the business for feedback. The Okendo help support is great in case you are confused or need help with something. It easily integrates with Shopify. You can customize the reviews with your own branding. It is great!
Okendo is the best review app!! I use the free version and there is a lot of customizable options and widgets you can use on your store. The customer service is also AMAZING! I have messaged them 3-4 times and every time they have resolved my question and/or fixed a problem I was having. Shout out to Juan, who has been such a huge help!
