Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

The entire team at Okendo is amazing! Lauren G was SO helpful during our onboarding process and made it easy and seamless for us!

The Okendo team has been great (and very responsive, with quick turnaround) at helping us migrate our reviews from another reviews platform, as well as helping us set up the reviews requests, and flows. I love that there are reminders for reviews and that you can offer rewards to customers (ie a discount) to incentivize and thank them for taking the time.

better than what i expected. found it was a bit daunting to use at the start but the customer service is excellent. They helped me figure it all out. definitely the better review apps on the market.

Absolutely nothing but great things to say about these guys! The Review app itself excellent and easy to configure once installed. I was using another review service and Matt handled all of the migration and initial setup. They had everything up, running, and customized for me in a few days. Not to mention, they literally have the best customer service and support team I've ever come across. 100% without a doubt worth giving these guys a try!!
