Love the Okendo reviews app, simple to use and great customer service. Plus it is very reasonably priced.

We switched from Stamped to Okendo and the number of reviews jumped overnight. Okendo is not only great at collecting reviews but it makes your store review sections much more legit and unique. Onboarding was efficient. The support team is friendly and fast. Great company, great people. We are super happy we made the switch. Recommend 10/10

Just switched to Okendo and am unbelievably happy we did. The software and layouts make it incredibly easy and simple for customers to leave reviews and better yet, leave some media (photos/videos). Other review platforms make this a little more difficult. The appearance of the app of the website in all forms (widget, carousel, etc) look fantastic and can be customized if you'd like. A+ app so far. Highly recommend.

If we were to choose a review platform again, we'd choose Okendo without blinking. Their team helped us customise the review widget to our custom theme; integration is seamless, and customer service is always reactive. When we moved to Shopify Markets, Josh migrated the reviews and adjusted our plan. Really helpful when you're busy.

Hands down the best review app on the market. If you're looking for an amazing interface with the proper integrations to build out a nice flow for customer reviews this is it. I looked at using a "well known" review app but found Okendo to be the perfect fit for what I truly needed; simple set up with Klaviyo (eventually Postscript), a clean customizable appearance on my site, and mobile-friendly UGC asks within the reviews. The biggest subtle but costly difference between Okendo and other review apps is pricing when your order volume picks up. Okendo is just what you need if you expect high order volume combined with true value. I signed up for the Power Plan and my account rep has been extremely helpful and she even set up my Klaviyo flows for me. I look forward to seeing the results this integration brings to our brand and the in-depth feedback from our customers.
