Okendo: Product Reviews & UGC , 839 reviews

We use Okendo on both of our ecommerce sites and they are incredibly easy to use and implement everything that we want. The account manager is also fantastic with a quick response time and has assisted me with all queries.

We started using Okendo 2 months ago. Our experience to date has been very positive. They provided excellent support during the implementation. Our side of the equation was relatively easy and done quickly then Okendo took care of the mechanics.
They have provided excellent support throughout. Very timely and they have been happy to make whatever tweaks we requested to get the the reviews UX to where we wanted it.
Definitely recommend Okendo as a reviews platform.

Migrated from stamped.io to better integrate with our email messaging platform (Klaviyo). We have noticed better review content, review quality and detail, and more UGC. Great feature set that integrates well with other products and the updates provide value. We had a slight hiccup with the transition from sales to customer success and implementation; however, the team was gracious and collaborative as we worked through our issues.

Alannah from Okendo went above and beyond during the onboarding process. We loved working with her and are so happy with the reviews platform.

We just launched for Reviews and our experience through the sales and onboarding process was nothing short of spectacular! One of the best companies I've worked with thus far. Sales was attentive, informative, transparent, and not pushy. Rebecca in onboarding is simply amazing! We felt so well taken care of. She was attentive to our needs, patient, proactive and respectful of our bandwidth limitations. She went above and beyond in her responsiveness and follow through items. I cannot say enough good things about this partnership thus far. The reviews look great and we're seeing fantastic results! Highly recommend this app and company.

Believe the hype! We first came across Okendo a few years back when we were considering leaving YotPo and almost pulled the trigger. 2-3 years later we revisited the conversation and realized that Okendo had only gotten more impressive while YotPo continued to frustrate us with the same issues it always had. Moving to Okendo has been one of the best tech stack pivots we've made at Apt2B of late. Their team is extremely hands-on and available and awesome to work with. We have been working with them for months on the integration, switch and eventual launch and it's been nothing but awesome. Margaux, our rep, has been fantastic and very patient (because integrations are never as easy as one would hope, especially when one is picky). There isn't a better review platform available to Shopify stores. With Okendo, you have a Shopify-first application that is dialed in and will continue to be nimble enough to grow.
