Awesome app. Has everything we need. This app fits beauty stores perfectly. Customers can leave review titles, images, videos. Plus, a search / filter feature that really helps customers navigate through your reviews to help build trust in your products. Support from the customer service team is superb. They are seemingly always available and quick to act. Always in contact with a real person. Shiela on the support team was super helpful!

So far so good with Okendo! I've only installed it today but have been able to upload all my previous reviews from my other platform pretty easily! Everything is relatively intuitive which is great. I got tripped up on a little issue and customer support helped me out really easy :)
Our Customer Success Rep. Margaux and the team at Okendo are amazing! With all of our customization edits we were looking to do to our review page, they were able to make it happen quickly and efficiently! I have been dealing with Margaux from the beginning and she has been so great to the C6.ca team with all of our revisions we needed to our review page. We recently had made some shipping information changes to our website and needed these changes to be made on the reviews page, and Margaux was able to make our changes a high priority with their team. Okendo is great and their customer service is even better! really like working with them!
