Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

We've been using Okendo for my new brand's reviews for about 8 months and we love it. Customer service is always super fast and helpful, I especially love using their live chat feature when I need a quick answer. I've been working in ecomm for a while now and Okendo is the best review app by far. Easy to use, clean and customizable look, great service, and tons of add-on features available. 10/10 would recommend.

Working with Meriem has been an absolute pleasure. Our website set up is not straight forward and required customization beyond basic - Meriem was always looking for ways to solve the problem and come up with a solution. At first, I was very skeptical because it is one of the more expensive providers, but I must say that in terms of speed, customization options for email requests, and widgets in the store, customer support in general, and help during installation, usability for customers to leave reviews, and all the integrations with various apps are simply outstanding. I also see that customers really enjoy using Okendo/Reviews, which automatically increases the overall number of them. We highly recommend the service. In our opinion, there is still room for improvement in the backend, which should be made more organized and clearer.

Expensive but worth it. Really great platform that is easy to integrate and the customer service is top notch!
