Having tried almost all of the other popular and heavily advertised apps, they all had slight issues. A lot of them slowed my website down horrendously, or didn't look great or had a poorly crafted customer experience. I've now had Okendo for about 6 months, and I love it, my customers love it, my website speed loves it, and my reviews are now displaying properly on google. I think it's a tiny bit more expensive than the other apps - but it is well worth it - It just works, and the support team (who I've only really had to contact because I upgraded my theme or hadn't read the excellent support material fully) are so responsive and quick to help.
We love Okendo! Super easy to work with/understand and their customer service is top notch! Highly recommend.

Amor is fantastic! She is very communicative and helpful. As for the app itself, it pretty much goes above and beyond other review apps in my opinion. Nothing to complain about.
