best customer service i've experienced on an app ( Apart from wholesale gorilla!). Very quick to fix and always readily available to help.
Lost a star just because some features I would love have to be paid for (eg paid integration to make product specific reviews requests).

So far it's great! Just completed the onboarding recently, and i'm happy. Love that it's integrated to Gorgias and Klaviyo - this is a huge advantage. Also, having full access to CSS is great and not something I had with other review apps. Special thanks to Alannah Donald who was absolutely helpful in the process. Also, the dev team quickly helped me out and fixed a few glitches I had integrating the app.

Highly recommend! I love the variety of features from Okendo! From adding attributes to your reviews to the product quizzes, I love it all! Plus they have top-tier customer service. I had a very helpful one-on-one demo of the full Okendo suite (Thanks Matt!). After the demo, they even helped me set up everything on my site. (Thanks Angelica & Team!) So very helpful! I highly recommend!

WOW! LOVE THIS!

The fact that we can get very specific feedback from customers on our products... and give them light profiles is MASSIVE for our conversion and product credibilty.

But, one thing you wouldn't think of is how great their customer service is. After trying out a lot of apps... these guys are par-none! Notably, for the last few weeks, we've been chatting with Josh... and every question we have, he has a solution! And, he, along with others, are crazy fast at responding. It's insane!

By far the most well-crafted, high-quality reviews app for any store looking for a high-end solution. Great support as well - can't complain.

Norma was great at providing us additional ways we can leverage the platform & get the most out of it. She was super informative, i'm very happy with the Okendo sevrice!

Great review plugin. Very flexible and customizable. Plug and play. Works out the box. I actually forgot I installed it and I had reviews flowing in. We are all busy, so tech that just works without human assistance is just lovely.
What makes this plugin even better, is the superior support. 7pm after hours I got an instant chat back. Okendo gets my stamp of approval.
