Im a first time ecommerce business owner and am navigating a lot of the tech that comes with running an online business for the first time. I was really blown away with the level of support the team offered and it felt like they were a part of the team. I would really highly recommend to any first time or novice ecommerce owners that want a fantastic customer facing solution that is easy to operate with all the support needed.

the support is non existent. no tel support and the chat goes to Philippines that do not know anything or provide wrong information. literary spent 8 hours trying to get an answer cause it is 11 am here but 3 am there and they go to sleep after every time they reply, and you need to continue messaging trying to wake them up!
Our team has had a great experience onboarding Okendo. Allison has been a wonderful Customer Success Manager, very responsive and detail oriented. The platform is a lot more user friendly than others we looked at and we were able to integrate it into our theme beautifully.
Getting started is easy—and definitely wasn't expecting to hear from a person, not a bot! Still a bit of a learning curve (like any tool), but a few hours in and I'm already excited about the experience I can give customers
