We've experienced seamless support from onboarding a almost 2 years ago to present day, where we are expanding past reviews and exploring other capabilities like loyalty. The team has also been helpful in giving optimization suggestions which are greatly appreciated.

I am really grateful for the Okendo customer service team. I caused them a lot of trouble since English is not my native language, but they were extremely patient in helping and assisting me, waiting for me to resolve my issues. Compared to several other popular review plugins sold on Shopify, which I have all used, I can confidently say that Okendo's plugin is completely different.
