Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Okendo is a great platform and seamlessly integrates with Klaviyo. The support team is great and Amanda Calderon has been extremely helpful and kind throughout our onboarding and optimization strategies.

I have used Okendo for years now, but recently wondered if there were ways I could do some things quickly and in bulk, that I was previously doing manually. Jumped on the live chat, and they instantly helped me out. Wish I'd asked earlier! Super app!

It's a great app with great customer support. Ask for Amanda as your success manager and you will not regret it. app is really flexible and you can do a lot of things, and integration/syndication with other platforms is a must.

I have been using okendo for almost a year now on the basic plan. Even though we're on basic, I have to admit their customer service is impeccable. They're quick to respond and almost immediately solve my questions/problems. They're always willing to go above and beyond for you.You need a good vendor like this to get your business up & running!

Okendo is the best reviews app! I have tried every referral app in the Shopify app store, and this is my favorite. I have installed it for multiple clients. The referrals are affordable and easy to set up. I love that it integrates with Klaviyo. And the support was kind enough to provide me with a code snippet to customize my fonts and colors.

The Okendo app works great, the Okendo team provides great support. All in all, a great experience over the last 2 years of working with them on Reviews, Surveys, Loyalty, and now Referrals. This app has really great features. We use the email requests for reviews and reward system and have been very successful in collecting meaningful reviews from customers. The organization of the reviews and images/videos is exactly what we were looking for. But what really sets them apart is the excellent customer service they provide. They answer my questions on live chat within minutes and have been extremely helpful in setting everything up and helping us evolve!
