Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

We've been using the Okendo app for reviews, and from day one, the support from their team has been exceptional. When we needed help with the initial setup, they jumped in and got everything running smoothly right away. Unlike most apps, Okendo's team is incredibly hands-on. Recently, we had a few questions about modifying reviews and adjusting their appearance on our site. Juan was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making sure everything looked perfect. He seamlessly updated the aesthetics of our reviews, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Integrates well with Shopify and Klaviyo. Support is very helpful and responsive.

We had a lot of problems with the app trying to import past reviews from the obsolete Shopify review app. It was quite a headache. And then the reviews would not show on the product pages. Eventually, support was extremely helpful and Luiqi helped a whole hour to correct all errors!

The best review platform for Shopify without question. What sets Okendo apart, other than the mega amounts of functinality and personalisation even on the lowestplan, is its support.

When I tried the test review, we received 5 emails after reviewing each product. Paulo confirmed that orders are produced per order, not per product reviewed. We're very excited to launch our business with Okendo as our trusted review partner and are very impressed with their integration with Google Shopping, which I can't find offered with many other Shopify integrations on the app store.
