Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Scott and the team deliver exactly what they promise, their app is easy to utilise, the post installation and training has been key to our team. Their support has been endless, and prompt. We never wait more then a business day for a response to our relentless amount of questions. Thank you to Scott and Vanessa for a very smooth and easy transition into the review space.

Okendo is a great app and has definitely increased the number of reviews our stores are getting. Not only that, but they have the best support we've encountered from any Shopify app. If anything isn't displaying as we like, they are happy to help in a timely manner. So far so good with Okendo. Their support team is typically very responsive. I've even had a few request where dev changes are required and they are able to pass those requests of and come back with solutions. Recommend.

We love working with Okendo! The onboarding process was smooth, all team members have been super attentive and helpful and the Klaviyo integration is great. Lots of customization options and our Customer Success Manager has been a wonderful resource as we test, iterate and improve our customer review systems.
