After searching high and low for a good reviews apps Okendo is simply the best, their widget customisation is top tier and their support is even better, I really love how there is multiple themes/layouts to the widgets. I had some troubles importing our reviews over and Angel went above and beyond to get it solved for me. I think app support is super important and Angel nailed it.

I do think there should be an in-between plan as the jump from $19US to $119 is quite big for a small growing brand but other than that I see no faults : - )

Flawless installation and picked up on my theme settings and layout so it blended in beautifully with the rest of the site. Where I got confused about adding star ratings to products in a collection page, Vanessa helped me through it and it was resolved within 10 minutes.

Love this app! The people who run it are super helpful and the set-up process was simple. Reasonable price, I found others are way too expensive or lacking features. It goes without saying that social proof has driven sales and given us a more confident position in the market. My favourite part it gives our team metrics on how our products are performing.
